Application Submission Update
We are pleased to offer digital submission options to streamline your application process. To ensure timely processing, please follow the guidelines below:
Method 1: Fast & Digital (Recommended)
- Payment: Complete your payment online via MuniciPAY.
- Email: Send your application and all supporting documents to environmental@co.delaware.pa.us.
- Important: Documents must be attached as PDF files only. Photos of documents will not be accepted.

Method 2: Mail or In-Person
You may still submit your application and payment via mail or drop-off during normal business hours:

Application packets are not complete unless your payment confirmation is received from MuniciPAY AND your application and all required documentation have been received by our office.
Complete a Facility Plan Review application and fee, a License application and fee and a final on-site inspection with our EHS.
Complete a Bathing Place Registration Application and submit the fee to our office.

Yes. Your routine and annual inspections will monitor your compliance with the DCHD Health Codes. For a copy of our Codes, please visit here.
Our EHS are within the Codes to conduct an unannounced inspection. They must present their ID and purpose of inspection once they arrive on site and before conducting the inspection.
Yes. You are required to submit a Temporary Food Place Application and fee a minimum of 3 weeks prior to the event. Once your application is approved, the event will be required to have an on-site inspection.
